SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:  All items are either RTS (Ready to Ship) or MTO (Made to Order).  RTS items will ship out the next available business day (weekends & holidays are excluded).  MTO items will be made but processing times can vary, depending on the item & the complexity of it.  Resin items need a full 24 hours to demold & add'l 7 days to at least cure.  Once that time passes, it will be ready to ship (if there is an issue, I will contact you).  Other items that use eco resin or similar to make trinket trays, dishes, etc. will take about 24 hours to demold once it's poured & add'l 7 days to cure.  If there is an issue, I will contact you.  These are just estimated times; sometimes it can shorter or longer depending on various climate factors (which can factor into the curing time.  Again, if there is an issue, I will contact you.

Shipping Rates:  

• Orders under $50:  $8.95
• Orders $50.00-$99.99:  $7.95
• Orders $100.00+:  FREE SHIPPING

Shipping Method:  We ship using USPS or UPS with tracking provided.

Delivery Time:  Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery after your itmes ship.  You can use the provided tracking number to check on the status of your shipment.

International Shipping:  At this time, we are only shipping within the United States.
